All bookings with Lime Snowsports are subject to the following booking terms & conditions;
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. The full balance is due 6 weeks
prior to your arrival in resort. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of
your arrival full payment is required.
With payment of a 50% deposit or full payment, you are agreeing to our “Booking Terms and Conditions”
No contract will exist with Lime Snowsports until you receive a payment confirmation email from us.
All lessons must be paid for in full before a lesson goes ahead.
All Clients must have in place the appropriate insurance to cover lesson cancellation on your part due to illness, no travel to resort, lift closure, force majeure, third party liability, loss or damage to property, accident cover and rescue from the hill.
Lime Snowsports will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property during your ski lesson.
No refund will be given by Lime Snowsports, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to the late arrival of a client, illness, accident or lift closure due to weather conditions, mechanical failure or for any cause outside the instructor’s or Lime Snowspnorts’s control including force majeure. We will provide you with a letter for your insurance company to process a claim.
All clients skiing with Lime Snowsports must have adequate snowsport accident insurance. Please ensure you have a copy of your insurance cover on your person at all times.
In event of a cancellation on your part the following fees will apply;
• All bookings cancelled before 1st October 2020 will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
• More than 57 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 30% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non-refundable
• From 56 days to 29 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 50% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non refundable
• From 28 days to 15 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 70% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non refundable
From 14 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 100% of booking would apply as cancellation fee
The COVID Clause will apply on lesson cancellations exclusively due to COVID for the following reasons only:
• Borders into France closed, or border of your home country is closed, so you can’t leave or re-enter at the date of lessons booked due to COVID*
• Total resort/ski lift closure due to national or local government action due to COVID at the date of lessons booked*
In either of the above cases, we will issue a refund of 70% of your booking (if paid in full) or 20% of your booking (if only paid 50% deposit) 30% is retained as admin fee in all cases and is non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel due to someone in your party falling ill with COVID, having to self-isolate or your flights/travel arrangements are cancelled, unfortunately normal Cancellation policy in our Bookings Terms and Conditions will apply, as the instructor and resort will still be available for the lessons.
You must have insurance in place to cover this type of cancellation as it will not fall under our COVID Clause.
*COVID Clause refund will only apply if the resort/ski lifts or borders are closed due to COVID for the dates of your lessons booked. If any of these happen before ie December but your lessons are in March, if you choose to cancel at that point (December) but then restrictions are lifted for your dates or before and the resort is open, then normal booking conditions will be applied from the date of your cancellation.
When COVID Clause is applied, no monies will be refunded until the week of your ski holiday has passed, then a refund/credit will be issued.
Lime Snowsports have the right to cancel a lesson at any time. In this situation a full
refund will be given for the lessons missed.
Clients should ensure that they are in a fit and healthy condition to take part in
physical activity in a mountain environment.
Meeting point for your lesson will be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking.
You must make every effort to be on time for your lessons. If this is not possible
please contact the instructor on the number provided.
For children’s lessons – Please be at the arranged meeting point at least 5 mins before
the end of their lesson.
For safety reasons, it is a condition of booking that clients respect the judgement of
the instructor while having lessons.
Lime Snowsports reserves the right to change lesson times.
If you have any cause for complaint, during the course of your lessons, you must
inform us immediately. We will endeavour to address the situation to your
Personal information collected will not be shared, rented or sold to a third party for
any purposes. We may collect and store the following personal information:- email
address, physical contact and holiday information. We may use your email address to
send promotional information for Lime Snowsports unless you state otherwise. We
will not store your financial information.
