Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings with Lime Snowsports are subject to the following booking terms & conditions;
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival in resort. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival full payment is required.
With payment of a 50% deposit or full payment, you are agreeing to our “Booking Terms and Conditions”. A contract will exist with Lime Snowsports when payment has been received.
All lessons must be paid for in full before a lesson goes ahead.
If you are booking on behalf of others you will be taking on responsibility that the other members of your group have read and agree to Lime Snowsports booking terms and conditions.
All Clients must have in place the appropriate insurance to cover the following but not limited to. Lesson cancellation on your part due to illness, no travel to resort, lift closure, force majeure, third party liability, loss or damage to property, accident cover, rescue from the hill, repatriation and medical expenses.
Lime Snowsports will not be held liable for any injuries, loss or damage to property during your ski lesson.
No refund will be given by Lime Snowsports, in whole or in part, for unused lessons due to the late arrival of a client, illness, accident or lift closure due to weather conditions, mechanical failure or for any cause outside the instructor’s or Lime Snowsports control including force majeure. We will provide you with a letter for your insurance company to process a claim.
All clients skiing with Lime Snowsports must have adequate snowsport accident insurance. Please ensure you have a copy of your insurance cover on your person at all times.
In event of a cancellation on your part the following fees will apply;
More than 57 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 30% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non-refundable
From 56 days to 29 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 50% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non refundable
From 28 days to 15 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 70% of booking would apply as cancellation fee and is non refundable
From 14 days before the first lesson of your booking commences with Lime Snowsports; 100% of booking would apply as cancellation fee
Lime Snowsports COVID 19 Clause
The COVID 19 Clause will apply on lesson cancellations for the following two reasons only and are over and above our standard policy.
You must comply with all current local and national rules and legislation. If you cannot make use of your lessons booked with Lime Snowsports for either of the two reasons stated below. You will receive a refund on all unused lessons, minus a 20% booking charge.
- If the Ski infrastructure is forced to close by the French government due to COVID 19 or any other pandemic
- If you are unable to travel due to official advice against travel to France from your country of origin or the French government.
In all other COVID 19 related situations the standard cancellation policy of these terms and conditions apply.
We recommend you have cancellation insurance that covers any COVID 19 events that are NOT covered in the Lime snowsports COVID 19 Clause.
When the Lime Snowsports COVID 19 Clause is applied, no monies will be refunded until the week of your ski holiday has passed, then a refund/credit will be issued.
Lime Snowsports have the right to cancel a lesson at any time. In this situation a full refund will be given for the lessons missed.
Clients should ensure that they are in a fit and healthy condition to take part in physical activity in a mountain environment.
Meeting point for your lesson will be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking.
You must make every effort to be on time for your lessons. If this is not possible please contact the instructor on the number provided.
For children’s lessons – Please be at the arranged meeting point at least 5 mins before the start and end of their lesson.
For safety reasons, it is a condition of booking that clients respect the judgement of the instructor while having lessons.
Lime Snowsports reserves the right to change lesson times.
If you have any cause for complaint, during the course of your lessons, you must inform us immediately. We will endeavour to address the situation to your satisfaction.
Personal information collected will not be shared, rented or sold to a third party for any purposes. We may collect and store the following personal information:- email address, physical contact and holiday information. We may use your email address to send promotional information for Lime Snowsports unless you state otherwise. We will not store your financial information.
