Kids Ski Lessons
It is important to adapt children’s ski lessons to different age levels and while they are all kids they demand a very different approach to how you interact with them. At all times we are aware of the patience required and the need to remain calm. But we also know some kids need to be cajoled in the right way into taking those first moves towards their next level.
For younger kids we work with play based instruction. For the older kids we introduce a level of competition into their lessons, which allows them to compete against themselves and measure their own development and improvement.
We are acknowledged as experts in teaching kids to ski and as we all know happy kids make for a happy holiday for all the family.

1-to-1 Ski Lessons for Kids
By far the best way for your kids to learn and progress is with 1–to–1 private coaching and training.
For some it will be a whole new adventure and for others a challenge as they try to emulate or surpass their parents, if they ski.
With a clearly defined programme agreed with the parents and kids this is the perfect way to see them progress in the fastest possible time.
- Individual lessons are £80 per hour
We offer a number of private individual kid’s ski lesson packages as follows:
- 2 hours individual ski lesson – £160.00
An intense course with the emphasis on fun - 3 hours individual ski lesson – £240.00
An intense course with the emphasis on fun and more time to practise under supervision - Full day individual ski lesson – £480.00
An incredible opportunity for a day on the slopes with an action packed programme. There will break for lunch and to re-charge the batteries.
If parents are out on the slopes for an additional cost we can arrange and supervise lunch for them.
With Lime Snowsports you can book a variety of hours and packages to suit you. Tell us what you need – for example 2 or 3 hours, half days, full days, a lunch stop. You can also mix and match your ski lesson programme for the duration of your stay.

Private Group Ski Lessons for Kids
A private group ski lessons is for 2 to 6 people – share the cost between group members.
Unlike most ski schools we only offer private group ski lessons for children. This means we are only working with between 2 and 6 children maximum. This allows the cost to be shared by whatever the group size but still provides for a more hands on teaching approach.
The only thing we specify for private group ski lessons for children is they must be of a similar age and ideally at a similar level. So if you are coming on holiday with another family and the children are about the same age and level then this would be an ideal way of sharing the cost and keeping the children together leaving the parents free to go off on their own.
We offer a number of private group children’s ski lesson packages. Please note on peak weeks we only run weekly packages.
Hourly Lessons
- £85 per hour for up to 3 children
Any additional children are charged at £7 extra per hour.
Weekly Packages
Weekly packages for up to 3 children.
Any additional children are charged at £7 extra per hour.
- 10 hours – 2 hours a day for 5 days : £850
- 12 hours – 2 hours a day for 6 days : £1020
- 15 hours – 3 hours a day for 5 days : £1275
- 18 hours – 3 hours a day for 6 days : £1530
